Terms of Service.

The short version: TruckCue is software that drafts things for you and helps you stay organized. You use it at your own risk, you review what it writes before you send it, and you don’t try to break it or use it to break other people. The sections below are the formal version of the same deal.

Section 01

Acceptance.

By creating a TruckCue account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t sign up. If you sign up on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms; otherwise, you agree to these Terms for yourself as an individual operator.

Section 02

Use of the service.

TruckCue provides AI-assisted drafts and organizational tools to help you run your food-truck business: writing reply drafts to incoming inquiries, drafting catering quotes, organizing leads and bookings, building weekly social posting plans, and remembering your menu and pricing across interactions. The service is provided as software you access through your account. We may add, change, or retire features as the product settles.

Section 03

Your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You agree to give us accurate information during signup and to keep your truck profile, menu, and pricing reasonably current so that the drafts the service writes for you reflect what you actually serve. If you suspect someone else is using your account, tell us right away.

Section 04

AI-assisted drafts and your review responsibility.

TruckCue drafts things for you. It does not send them. Every reply, quote, follow-up, and social post lands in your queue first, written with the truck profile you have set up. You are responsible for reading each draft, adjusting anything that is wrong — the tone, the price, the date, the dish, the contact’s name — and pressing send yourself. The service is a drafting assistant, not a publishing tool, and the responsibility for what leaves your account stays with you.

Section 05

Prohibited use.

You agree not to use TruckCue for unlawful activity, to send spam, harassment, or misleading messages to your leads or customers, to impersonate anyone else, or to try to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or interfere with the service. You also agree not to put content into the service that you do not have the right to use, or to use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Section 06

Intellectual property.

TruckCue™ is a product of Yochum Software. The name, the product, the interface, and the underlying software are owned by Yochum Software and are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of the data you put into your account — your truck profile, your menu, your pricing, your leads, and your drafts. We retain ownership of the service itself, including the underlying code, models, and infrastructure that make TruckCue work.

Section 07

Suspension and termination.

You can cancel your account at any time, no questions asked. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm the service or other people. When your account ends, we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Section 08

Disclaimers and limitation of liability.

TruckCue is provided “as is” and “as available.” TruckCue and Yochum Software do not guarantee the accuracy of any draft, suggestion, or summary the service produces, that the service will be available without interruption, that an inquiry will turn into a booking, that a social post will produce business results, or that the service will generate revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yochum Software’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you have not paid for the service, to one hundred US dollars.

Section 09

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Section 10

Contact.

If you have any question about these Terms — including about account suspension, refunds, or liability — write to us at truckcue@polsia.app. We read every message and reply as promptly as we can.

TruckCue provides AI-assisted drafts and organizational tools. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sending it. TruckCue and Yochum Software do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, bookings, business results, or revenue that may result from the service.
