You read every draft before it leaves your account, and neither TruckCue nor Yochum Software promises that anything the service produces will be accurate, available, booked, profitable, or otherwise turn into revenue. TruckCue is a service that produces drafts and helps you keep your leads, bookings, social posts, and quoting organized. The drafts the service writes — replies to inquiries, catering quotes, weekly social plans, follow-ups — are written by software, not by a person on our team. They are starting points for your own review, not finished work.
Your responsibility to review.
Nothing TruckCue drafts for you leaves your account without you approving it. You are the one who reads every reply, every quote, every post — adjusts anything that is off (the tone, the price, the date, the dish name) — and presses send yourself. If a draft is wrong, the mistake is on you to catch before it goes out. The service is a draftsperson, not a publisher.
What we do not guarantee.
TruckCue and Yochum Software do not, and cannot, guarantee any of the following: the accuracy of any draft, suggestion, or summary the service produces; that the service will be available at any particular date or time; that a catering inquiry will turn into a booking; that a social post will produce business results; or that use of the service will generate revenue. Use of TruckCue is at your own risk, and the results you get from the service depend on your own review, the markets you operate in, and the work you put in.
Service availability.
We work hard to keep TruckCue up, but the service may be slow, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable. Plans, features, and pricing may change. Earlier-access features may move, change shape, or be withdrawn as the product settles. If you depend on the service for a time-sensitive message, keep a backup plan in mind.
Changes to this Disclaimer.
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of the page will change, and we will post the updated version at this URL.
